The benefits.

An AI computer that finishes the work, keeps running after you log off, and holds the whole business in one place.

It does the work, not just the thinking

Pull last month's numbers, build the report, have it sitting in your drive ready to forward. You get output, not a conversation.

It keeps working after you log off

Competitor checks, review monitoring, invoice reminders, all on schedule. Results land by text, email, or Slack. Your business keeps moving overnight.

Your tools, connected once

Link your email, drive, books, and CRM once. Over 1,000 integrations, so Zo works against live business data for the whole team.

Everything in one place

Files, customer data, your website, your automations. Your team shares one computer, so the work and the context live together.

Anyone can use it

Plain English in, real work out. New hires are productive the day they connect.

Add your whole team onto Zo

Everyone works from the same files, the same context, the same automations. Whatever one person builds, everyone gets to use.

Add your whole team onto Zo.

Your business isn't one person, and now your Zo doesn't have to be either. Invite your team and everyone works in the same environment: shared files, shared context, shared history.

Teams on Zo, answered.
What does it cost?

$200 a month for the company Zo on the Ultra plan, plus $18 a month for each teammate's own login. A team of five runs $272 a month.

Do my teammates need their own plans?

Each teammate signs up for their own Zo on the Basic plan, $18 a month. That login is their seat, and it's what we connect to the company Zo. If the business is paying, use the company card at signup.

How do I add seats?

Set your team size on this page and leave your email; we follow up to collect your teammates' emails. Once the company Zo is on Ultra and each teammate is on Basic, we connect everyone, usually the same day. Adding someone later works exactly the same way.

What does the team actually share?

The company Zo: its files, chats, automations, connected tools, and anything it hosts. Personal Zos stay personal.

How do I control who has access?

The company Zo's owner decides which Zo accounts can sign in. Removing a teammate ends their access without touching their personal account.

Is our company data private?

Yes. Your company Zo is its own always-on computer with its own storage, not rows in a shared database. Only the accounts you grant can reach it.

Can it replace tools we already pay for?

Often, yes. Teams consolidate schedulers, dashboards, internal tools, and site hosting into the one computer they already share.
