Connect Google Calendar to Zo and manage your schedule with natural language — check your day, create events, and set up automated scheduling workflows.
Quick Start
What's on my calendar today?
Steps
Step 1: Connect Google Calendar
Go to Settings > Integrations > Google Calendar and authorize Zo to access your calendar.
Step 2: Check your schedule
Ask Zo about your upcoming events:
"What do I have today?""Am I free Thursday afternoon?""Show me my meetings for this week""When is my next meeting with the design team?"
Step 3: Create events
Add events using natural language:
"Schedule a team standup tomorrow at 10am for 30 minutes""Block off Friday afternoon for deep work""Create a lunch meeting with Alex next Tuesday at noon at the usual spot"
Step 4: Manage existing events
Update or cancel events:
"Move my 3pm meeting to 4pm""Cancel tomorrow's 1:1 with Jordan""Add a Zoom link to my Friday team sync"
Step 5: Automate with agents
Create a daily agent that runs at 7am. Check my Google Calendar for today's events and send me a summary via SMS — include times, meeting names, and any notes.
