Connect Notion to Zo and interact with your pages, databases, and notes using natural language.
Quick Start
Show me my recent Notion pages and summarize the latest meeting notes
Steps
Step 1: Connect Notion
Go to Settings > Integrations > Notion and authorize Zo. Select which pages and databases Zo can access.
Step 2: Search and read pages
Find and read your Notion content:
"Search my Notion for pages about product roadmap""Summarize my meeting notes page from this week""What's in my 'Ideas' database?"
Step 3: Create and update content
Manage your Notion workspace:
"Create a new Notion page called 'Sprint Retro Notes'""Add a new entry to my project tracker database""Update my task list with the action items from today's meeting"
Step 4: Cross-reference with other tools
Combine Notion with your other integrations:
"Check my calendar for this week and add each meeting to my Notion meeting log""Pull my open Linear issues and add them to my Notion sprint board""Summarize my recent Notion pages and email me a weekly digest"
Step 5: Automate with agents
Create a weekly agent that runs every Monday at 8am. Pull my Notion task database, find anything overdue, and send me a summary via Telegram with a prioritized action list.
Use Cases
- Natural language search across your entire Notion workspace
- Creating pages and database entries from chat
- Cross-referencing Notion with calendar, email, or project management tools
- Weekly overdue task alerts
- Meeting notes summaries and follow-up tracking
