Connect your Gmail to Zo and manage your inbox with natural language — search, read, draft, organize, and send, all from one place.
Quick Start
Show me my unread emails from today and summarize the important ones
Steps
Step 1: Connect Gmail
Go to Settings > Integrations > Gmail and authorize Zo. You can choose between:
- Read-only — Zo can search, read, and summarize emails
- Read and write — Zo can also draft, send, and organize emails on your behalf
Step 2: Search your inbox
Ask Zo to find specific emails using natural language:
"Show me unread emails from the last 24 hours""Find all emails from sarah@company.com about the Q1 report""Search for emails with attachments from this week"
Step 3: Read and summarize
Get quick summaries without opening every thread:
"Summarize the 5 most recent emails in my inbox""What did Alex say in their last email about the budget?""Are there any urgent emails I need to respond to?"
Step 4: Draft and send replies
Ask Zo to compose responses:
"Draft a reply to Sarah's email agreeing to the Tuesday meeting""Write a follow-up email to the team about action items from today's standup"
Zo always shows you a preview before sending — you get final approval.
Step 5: Organize your inbox
Use Zo to manage email clutter:
"Archive all read emails from newsletters""Label emails from my team as 'Priority'""Find and delete promotional emails older than 30 days"
Step 6: Automate with agents
Set up recurring email workflows:
Create a daily agent that runs at 8am. Check my Gmail for unread emails from the last 12 hours. Summarize the top 5 most important ones and send me a digest via Telegram.
