Set up a recurring agent that searches the web for news on your topics and delivers a clean digest every morning — to your email, phone, or Telegram.
Quick Start
Paste into Zo chat and swap in your own topics:
Create a daily agent that runs every morning at 7am PT. Search the web for the latest news on AI, startups, and social media marketing. Summarize the top 5 stories with:
- A headline
- A 1–2 sentence summary
- Why it matters in one line
- Source link
Format as a clean numbered list. Keep the total digest under 300 words. End with one "sleeper story" — something most people missed but is worth knowing. Deliver via email.
Zo creates the agent and you're done. Tweak it anytime.
Or build it step by step
Step 1: Open the Agents tab
Click Agents in the left sidebar.
Step 2: Write your instruction
Tell the agent what to search for and how to format the results:
Search for the latest news on [your topics]. Summarize the top 5 stories and include links. Keep each summary to 2 sentences max.
Step 3: Set the schedule
Pick a daily schedule — most people run their digest first thing in the morning:
Every day at 7:00 AM PT
Step 4: Choose your delivery method
Select email, SMS, or Telegram — wherever you want your morning briefing to land.
Step 5: Activate the agent
Save and activate. Zo will run the digest on schedule starting the next morning.
Step 6: Refine over time
After a few days, adjust based on what's useful:
Add "climate tech" to my news topics and remove "social media marketing." Make the summaries shorter — one sentence each.
Use Cases
- Tech industry news roundup every morning
- Competitor and market intelligence briefings
- Academic research digest for specific fields
- Local news summary for your city
- Startup/VC funding news tracker
